		<description>Reminds me of the Dead Sea; the water has nowhere to go, so it becomes stagnant.  Also makes me think about UOIT in Oshawa, Ontario; they have several rain water collection ponds so they can recycle it for use in the school.  Maybe Mason should look into something like that....</description>

		<description>This is an excellent idea.  It provides a great housing opportunity for older grad students who may have a family, keeps them on campus and still offers an opportunity for this housing to be used by professors.
